On Saturday, attendees will experience RISE Haunted House for an “October Style” lights off Haunted House and opportunity to experience the RISE five minute Escape Room. RISE Haunted House has been named one of Louisiana’s scariest dark attractions and features an abandoned bed & breakfast and secret research lab. Davy Plaisance, owner of RISE Haunted House, explained why he is opening his attraction to fellow haunters, “As a haunted house owner, we are always looking for new ideas for our attraction and touring haunts is not only a great way to drive inspiration but also to connect with our industry colleagues who share the passion for the season. I am thrilled to partner with HAuNTcon this year and showcase Rise Haunted House to the haunter community.”
In addition to these tours, attendees will also have the opportunity to network during the annual Costume Ball on Friday, January 13 at Generations Hall. The event, which provides haunters an opportunity to celebrate Halloween in their off-season, will be free for the first time for all badge holders.
