  1. Would there be a shuttle from the airport to the hotel? I would assume the closet airport is Orlando International (MCO).

  2. Yes, we will get a shuttle company to give us a group rate for travel from the airport to the hotel.

I will not be free, but it will be discounted.

  3. Jerry Pabon says:

    Have an hotel GROUP/PROMO CODE.

  4. I don’t think there is a code, you just have to tell them you are with the HAuNTcon Group.

If that dosen’t work, let me know!

Have you read the reviews on this hotel? they don’t seem to great………….I was reading a review from a Jarrod Cooper who had the Dr. Who convention there recently, not good.

  8. I have stayed in the hotel, the rooms are nice, and you cannot beat the price.

  9. The hotel is not bad I have stayed there all rooms are redone and very nice. It is not a 4 star hotel but it is not a dive, also the rooms can be found cheaper if you look around online…

  10. where are the posts from people who got cheaper room rates such as $50? It looks like they got removed and i wanted to contact them to see how they did it.

  11. I haven’t deleted any posts, so if you saw them they are here somewhere.

Room rates are like gas prices, it depends on the time of year. I think the confusion was that you could get a room at the hotel in January for $50 a night, but now that the season has kicked in the prices are higher.

If you can find a cheaper way to get a room at the hotel, you should go for it. As long as I have your name I still get credit toward the room block.

As the economy worsened, the hotel started selling rooms cheaper than our “discount” rate. We complained and our rate was lowered to below the rate they were ofering direct.
