Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Bayou Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, downtown Houston.
Join the HAuNTcon family and Haunted Attraction Industry for a celebration of the life for world-renowned face and body painter and master make-up artist Brian David Wolfe. A huge supporter of HAuNTcon from its conception, Brian passed away last October after a brave and valiant battle with cancer, leaving behind his wife Dara, daughter Trinity, and twin brother and business partner Nick Wolfe. Not to mention a million devoted fans whose lives were touched by this amazing talent through his award winning and all too short life.
This midnight event offers haunters an opportunity say farewell and toast our fallen brother and treasured contributor to the Haunt business. While we are heartsick at Brian’s passing, he would not want us to grieve. Instead, we will show our support to the Wolfe family with a special Midnight celebration. Brian’s full but all too short life will be memorialized in pictures, celebratory beverages and a live auction featuring high quality props, special effects systems and more donated in support by major players in the Haunted Attraction industry.
Proceeds from sponsorships, cash donations and auction items will go towards the Brian Wolfe Memorial Fund. If you cannot make this celebration and would like to support Brian’s family, donations can be made by Paypal to Brian@eviltwinfx.com or gofundme.com/brianwolfe. If you want to donate a product to be auctioned off, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
