This session will cover strategy, implementation and budget implications for dealing with today’s security threats at large events.

Emergency Planning and Preparations for Haunted Attractions

Regardless of size, the importance of safety preparedness for a haunted event cannot be overstated. In this important session, Deidre Wells, Caroline Wells, Maria Fradiani, and Sawyer Gunnell present helpful information about emergency situations to be on the look out for and how to keep staff and customers safe. Topics include seizures, panic attacks, basic first aid, and the significance of creating an emergency action plan. Incident reporting and the importance of staff wide safety meetings will also be covered. This session is useful for Professional Haunters as well as Home Haunters interested in running a safe operation.
